My stay had some highs and lows. The room I was in was remarkably clean, but the customer service left much to be desired due to the owner's attitude. The location was good, but overall hospitality was lacking. 😕

I had a great overall experience at Rodeway Inn San Antonio Downtown, even though my stay was complicated by issues with Booking.com. The staff was incredibly kind and patient, especially Derek at the front desk, who went out of his way to assist me. Although the booking confusion was frustrating, the hotel itself had a decent location and clean rooms, making me want to return in the future.
